Job Summary

Hull City Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Training Specialist to join our Business, Creative & Digital centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital training programs to students and employers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our provision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging and effective digital training sessions to students and employers
  • Conduct work-based visits to employers to assess and improve digital skills
  • Monitor and track the progress of learners, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement digital training programs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in digital training

Requirements

  • Relevant vocational experience and qualifications in digital training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience of apprenticeship standards delivery and teacher training/assessing qualifications an advantage
