Job Title: Specialist Trainer - Digital

Job Summary:

Hull City Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Trainer to join our Business, Creative & Digital centre. As a Specialist Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to students, focusing on digital skills and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions to students, covering a range of digital skills and technologies.
  • Conduct work-based visits to employers to assess learner needs and provide support.
  • Monitor and track learner progress, providing feedback and guidance to ensure successful completion of programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve training programs, ensuring they meet the needs of learners and employers.

Requirements:

  • Relevant vocational experience and qualifications in digital skills and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of learners and employers.
