Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As a Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing efficient secretarial support to our busy real estate and commercial property team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with correspondence, including drafting and sending emails, letters, and other communications.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm or similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
