Are you enthusiastic about the fields of nursing and education? If you hold a master's or doctoral degree in Nursing and possess a minimum of two years of professional experience as a registered nurse, we invite you to consider this rewarding position as a Clinical Educator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the College's educational philosophy, curriculum, and course objectives through effective clinical instruction.
- Organize and oversee nursing students in providing patient care.
- Assess student performance and offer constructive feedback.
- Remain informed about clinical policies and procedures.
- Evaluate assignments and provide timely responses.
- Collaborate with the course coordinator and academic leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing.
- Current professional nursing license in Alabama.
- A minimum of two years of recent nursing practice.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring is preferred.
- A strong commitment to nursing, education, and continuous professional development.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
