Familiarity with building regulations, CDM Regulations, and Health and Safety standards.
Coordinate project teams throughout the planning and development phases, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
Oversee all coordination matters related to tenders and contracts among design teams, construction teams, employer's agents, and clients.
Manage the technical and design processes of projects from site investigation and briefing through to practical completion.
Provide technical insights on project feasibility, identifying constraints, and advising on budgets, timelines, and phasing.
Develop, monitor, and update budgets and cash flows for all project phases, including development fees and utility costs.

Serve as the technical lead for projects from bidding or tendering through to completion.
Deliver technical responsibilities across all project stages.
Offer post-completion technical support as necessary.
Act as the primary contact for clients and coordinate with construction teams during the project execution phase.
Oversee the planning and execution of infrastructure, including services and landscaping.
Manage the delivery of work and expectations of key project stakeholders and clients, including residential customers, external design consultants, and contractors.
Compile and review existing drawing information to establish accurate project data and specifications for prioritizing remediation efforts.
Evaluate Visual Inspection Reports and assess building heights.
Engage with Fire Engineers to determine the extent of necessary works and areas to investigate existing external wall structures, cladding types, and fire stopping measures.
Review Intrusive Reports in collaboration with external consultants and Fire Engineers, reaching consensus on the scope of required works.
