The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Order Coordinator to join our team at DHL's offices. As an Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and processing orders, managing orders, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of 2-3 administrators and be responsible for implementing business decisions and priorities within the order management process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage order administration processes using KP's ERP system (JDE) to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Implement Sales and Operation Execution (S&OE) team business decisions and priorities within the order management process.
- Maintain effective communication with DHL's Operational contacts to ensure customer order processing does not impact delivery performance.
- Collaborate with KP factories to ensure finished goods inventory is available for order processing.
- Identify and report root cause issues in the order management process, propose solutions, and manage improvement actions to provide excellent customer service.
- Deliver continuing standardisation, efficiency, accuracy, and automation across the order management process and with customers.
- Monitor and achieve order efficiency targets, including volumes, frequency, and other key performance indicators.
- Process new product developments, pack changes, seasonal activities, shippers, aged stock clearance, product uplifts, and customer-specific activities.
- Provide new recruit training and escalate process and JDE system enhancement needs to line manager or KP IT team.
- Make day-to-day order management adjustment decisions in line with S&OE guidance and priorities.
- Maintain ongoing levels of system and process training for self and colleagues.
- Lead a small team of 2-3 administrators.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am-4pm, with 45 minutes for lunch. We offer flexibility in terms of start and finish times, and weekends and Bank Holidays are worked on a rota basis across the team.

- Excellent PC skills on all Microsoft packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
