**About the Role**

You will be managing the ordering and replenishment of stocks for our Advanced Purchase Initiative (API) customers**, **ensuring that depot target stock levels are maintained, whilst optimising our supply chain and minimising overall costs.** **You’ll be reporting directly to the Customer Relationship Manager and will be part of a team of six people.

**As Customer Replenishment Coordinator here are your key areas of focus**:

- Effectively managing our API customers’ inventory levels from Refresco production sites, flagging any availability concerns and working with our Commercial and Supply Chain teams to resolve any such issues
- Ensuring our systems are aligned with those in our API customers’ depots and warehouses
- Managing orders within agreed lead times, raising orders on a daily basis to meet customer demand and ensuring that orders are built in time for API customers’ changes of range or store push dates
- Leading regular conference calls with your API customers’ Supply Chain teams, ensuring outputs and reports are shared and aligning with API customer Supply Chain teams to ensure that RORIs, range changes and short-dated stocks are cleared, reducing the risk of write off to both parties
- Ensuring that depot occupancy is above agreed target levels and that there is enough stock in the API customer network to fulfil previous weeks’ store pick at 95%
- Providing clear and proactive communication lines between API customers and the Commercial, Planning, Warehouse and Logistics departments
- Ensuring weekly reviews of aged stock takes place, taking appropriate action to clear via any means necessary (batch specifying, recommended promotion etc), reporting where stock fails to clear when planned
- Investigating order discrepancies and failed deliveries, reporting issue details and working with the Logistics team to resolve any issues. Liaising with the customer, transport and the Commercial team to eliminate delivery refusals
- Reviewing forward production plans for API customer products to ensure future stock holding targets, as agreed with the API customers, are maintained
- Managing the introduction of new products & changes to existing SKUs in the planning process to meet launch deadlines

**About You**

You will be a demonstrable team player with great attention to detail and well-honed interpersonal & communication skills. Numerate and analytical, you’ll be able to work to tight timescales and have experience of working alongside cross-functional Supply Chain teams. You’ll have experience working with ERP systems - preferably SAP - and will be proficient with Microsoft packages. Ideally, you will have experience of warehouse or planning systems, including constraints and optimising plans, and relevant FMCG experience in a Supply Chain/Customer Services role.
