About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Care Professional to join our team at Bellstane Dental Care. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our surgeries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chair-side support to our clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adhering to all clinical and health & safety guidelines.
- Assist with reception duties, including answering phone calls, making appointments, and collecting patient charges.
- Maximise the use of our internal system to maintain accurate patient records and ensure efficient practice operations.
- Anticipate the requirements of our clinicians and patients, ensuring necessary lab work and equipment are in place.
- Monitor surgery stocks to maintain optimal levels and ensure seamless practice operations.
About You
- You must be GDC registered and have experience working in private or NHS practices.
- You should be willing to demonstrate the highest levels of patient care and possess excellent communication skills.
- You will be a team player, able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong appetite for learning and development.
