About the Role

As a Hospitality Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing warm and welcoming hospitality to all our customers, members, and guests
  • Working on reception and offering insights about the hostel and local area to ensure every guest feels informed and welcomed
  • Utilizing our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, food and beverage sales, and service
  • Carrying out cleaning and housekeeping duties to ensure a comfortable and clean environment for all guests
  • Assisting in the preparation of food in the kitchen and serving food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride
