Job Opportunity in Children's Services

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Social Services Professional to join our team at Randstad Care. As a key member of our Pathways Team, you will play a vital role in supporting local authorities in assisting Care Experienced and Cared For Young People as they transition to independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with children and young people to develop and implement their pathway plans, focusing on key areas such as health, education, employment, training, and relationships.
  • Provide support to local authorities in assisting Care Experienced and Cared For Young People as they transition to independence.
Requirements:
  • BSc in Social Work or equivalent
  • Social Work England registration
  • At least 1 year of experience within a similar children's social work setting
Benefits:
  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,416
