Job Title: SEN KS4 Teacher

Location: Gloucestershire

Salary: £46,525 (M1 UPS3) Plus £3000 welcome bonus

Hours: Part-time - hours to be discussed at interview

We are seeking a dedicated SEN KS4 Teacher to join our team at a bespoke school for 11-16 year olds with SEMH needs. Our school provides a unique environment where young people can achieve their own goals and thrive in a future of their own choosing.

The Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning to children and young people with SEMH and other complex or anxiety-related needs who may present with challenging behaviors associated with their diagnosis. Some pupils may have multiple learning difficulties.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to children and young people with SEMH and other complex or anxiety-related needs.
  • Teach your subject up to GCSE level and a variety of specialisms will be considered.
  • Work in a special school environment and in particular with pupils with SEMH or ASD.

Requirements:

  • QTS/QTLS
  • To be able to teach your subject up to and including GCSE
  • Experience of working in a special school environment and in particular with pupils with SEMH or ASD.
