We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our team at Leonardo Royal Hotel London St. Paul's. As a Meetings and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating a variety of contracted meetings and events, ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly and that our clients receive exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate all aspects of meetings and events, including room bookings, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that their events are tailored to their requirements.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure that events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure that all event details are communicated and executed effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning and execution.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in meetings and events planning or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in event planning software and technology.
