Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales department to ensure exceptional customer service standards are achieved.
- Develop and execute a business strategy to drive sales growth and increase customer levels.
- Lead by example, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding results.
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities to grow the customer base and exceed targets.
