Job Summary:
Luxoft is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our automotive software development team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between product development and stakeholders, ensuring that our product vision is translated into development tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Client Communication: Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Business Development: Integrate client feedback into product development processes to enhance client satisfaction and open up new business opportunities.
- Backlog Management: Assist in managing the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized in alignment with the product strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring the product meets the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback on product releases and iterations.
Requirements:
- Technical Background: Strong technical background in Automotive Low-level Software and automotive software development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with experience in a multicultural environment.
- Agile Practices: Experience with agile practices, including project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
