Job Title: Finance Administrator

Location: Central London

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

We are seeking an approachable and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills to join our finance team as a Finance Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the administration of Barristers' service charges and petty cash accounts.
  • Conducting various bookkeeping tasks, including bank input and reconciliation.
  • Supporting the Finance Manager with Barristers' annual tax returns.
  • Handling ad hoc fee collection-related tasks.
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts.
Requirements:
  • Confident and friendly, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Experienced in working with a busy office environment within professional services.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Experienced in using Accounting Software is desirable - Sage or Xero.
