We're seeking an experienced professional to oversee the entire design process from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include team development and mentorship, project management, and collaboration with engineering teams from other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IC design, applying this knowledge to drive team performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in custom digital IC design and team leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the chip design process from concept to tape-out and testing.
  • Specific IC design expertise in areas including clock networks, power domains, industry-standard interfaces, on-chip bus protocols, and DFT.
  • Full and permanent rights to work in the UK.
