About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our OPAT team at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients and their families, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to patients and staff, ensuring a safe and effective care environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • GCSE level A-C in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or people-centred environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
  • Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
