Restaurant Manager

Elite Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our two-rosette Anderida Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Chef to ensure seamless service delivery and menu execution.
  • Manage budgets, control stock, and maintain accurate records to ensure the profitability of the restaurant.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for staff training and development to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong operational knowledge, with the ability to manage budgets, control stock, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and meeting business objectives.
