As a Lead Care Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and addressing the daily needs of residents
  • Conducting formal supervisions and performance evaluations
  • Contributing to care planning and mentoring junior support staff
  • Actively promoting the services offered to families, prospective residents, and inquiries
  • Participating in the development and documentation of care plans
  • Making and reporting accurate assessments of each resident to ensure seamless care
  • Administering medication to residents in compliance with established policies and procedures

The following qualifications and experience are preferred for this position:

  • Demonstrated experience in a care environment

The successful Lead Care Support Specialist will enjoy a competitive hourly wage of £13.00, translating to an annual salary of £24,336.
