About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Field Sales Representatives team as a Sales Representative - Customer Acquisition. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with prospective customers at their doorstep to connect them with our cutting-edge products and services
  • Work in a target-driven role, with a focus on sales and customer acquisition
  • Participate in in-depth training to develop quality conversations with customers and set yourself up for success
Requirements
  • A UK driving licence with no more than 8 points
  • Individuals who enjoy spending time outdoors and have a positive, winning attitude
  • The self-motivation to hit agreed sales targets and the ability to think on your feet when handling objections
What We Offer
  • A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions)
  • Uncapped commission (pro-rata) for top advisors, with earnings up to £70,000 per year
  • Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees
  • 25 days annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off
