Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a shift team to create a high-performing culture where team members are motivated, engaged, and supported to develop and achieve their potential.
  • Plan and prioritize the shift workload to ensure efficient production.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
  • Monitor production to help attain KPIs for productivity and efficiency.
  • Assess and report anomalies and issues.
  • Organize workflow on the line to support daily production targets.
  • Work as part of a team to attain safety and performance KPIs.

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to maintain a team within a fast-paced production environment.
  • Food or wider FMCG manufacturing experience is desirable.
  • Good level of English and maths.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety and food hygiene.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
