About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our entertainment leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our productions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the technical team to deliver high-quality productions
  • Develop and implement detailed show plans and schedules to ensure smooth running of events
  • Collaborate with directors and other stakeholders to deliver successful productions
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services
  • Ensure the safe storage and maintenance of scenery and scenic properties
  • Implement and enforce health and safety procedures to protect staff and guests
  • Monitor and report on production performance to inform future improvements

About You:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced production professional with a proven track record in stage management and leadership. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A creative and flexible approach, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, is essential for this role.
