As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and client relationships across various sectors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

About the Role:

  • Manage costs, contracts, and client relationships for projects ranging from £300k to £5 million.
  • Work across sectors such as education, residential, commercial, and healthcare.
  • Report directly to the Senior Project Manager/Director.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (open to more experienced candidates).
  • Ideally Chartered, but not essential; support provided for those on their APC path.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Passion for working on diverse projects across multiple sectors.
