Alumni Relations Officer

St Catherine's College, a leading institution within the University of Oxford, is seeking a highly skilled Alumni Relations & Stewardship Officer to join its dynamic Development Office.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering long-term connections between the College and its alumni community, while enhancing relationships with donors through structured stewardship efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to engage alumni and facilitate alumni networking
- Manage day-to-day alumni communications and the alumni database
- Ensure donors are appropriately recognized for their contributions, with impactful donor communications
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate events to foster connections between the College and its alumni
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing events, including planning, logistics, and post-event evaluation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary within the range £30,487-£33,966 per annum, comprising 35 hours per week
