Key Responsibilities- Supply Chain Strategy: Define and implement supply chain and operating models to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize supply chain performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to advise on and manage operational challenges and drive key improvements.
- Project Management: Support the planning and organization of complex projects and shape the operational strategy for the Inbound Transportation program.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the business, assessing the impact on the existing setup and defining trade-offs between customer experience and cost.
- Business Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholder teams to ensure alignment and drive business objectives.
As part of the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team, you will be welcomed into a diverse and dynamic team that plays a central role in our success. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions, making Amazon more innovative and efficient.
Requirements- Education: A degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Relevant experience in analyzing data and creating reports for leadership, communicating with stakeholders, and managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English, strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, and experience working with large cross-functional teams.
