We are seeking a dedicated Small Works Specialist to enhance our property department. This pivotal role involves overseeing small-scale projects within our extensive property portfolio, valued at over £100 million. You will be instrumental in guiding projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all necessary procedures, processes, and documentation are meticulously managed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and manage project-related risks, ensuring comprehensive action plans are established and executed.
  • Develop and maintain a project management system to document and report on active projects effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Management Team to address small works and project needs.
  • Work closely with the Property Contracts Manager to ensure all suppliers and contracts are appropriately aligned for project execution.
  • Formulate project plans and create business cases that support operational needs and enhance shareholder value.
  • Secure project approvals and provide consistent updates on progress, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Act as a liaison for communications and decision-making, creating detailed project plans to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Engage with relevant property professionals to support both internal and external projects, ensuring timely communication and documentation management.
  • Maintain all property project procedures, processes, and documentation accurately.
  • Monitor project progress, implementing strategies to achieve approved outcomes while managing project costs effectively.
Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:
  • Prince2 Practitioner (Desirable)
Experience:
