Senior Practice Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Practice Lead to join our Children with Disabilities Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Principal Social Worker and contributing to the development of our social work practice.

About the Role

The Senior Practice Lead will work closely with the Children with Disabilities Team and the Children's Transitions Team, providing guidance and support to team members and managers. You will have a reduced complex case load to maintain your expertise in practice and will be responsible for mentoring, developing, and shaping practice across the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Principal Social Worker in the development of social work practice
  • Provide guidance and support to team members and managers
  • Mentor and develop newly qualified social workers
  • Contribute to the development of our social work practice
  • Facilitate reflective group supervision sessions
