Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals in accordance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of kitchen equipment.
  • Escalate any concerns or issues to the Chef Manager or relevant authorities.
Requirements
  • Level 2 food safety certificate.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures, including COSHH.
  • Previous catering experience, with a basic understanding of food safety and safe use of knives and kitchen equipment.
  • Experience working with older adults.
