Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and manage statutory safety checks, including gas safety inspections and PAT / EICR tests.

  • Print and distribute monthly error & warning reports for all safety checks.
  • Obtain funds from landlords to cover safety check costs.
  • Monitor contractor performance and timeframes, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with the Tenancy Progression and Accounts teams to ensure certificates are ready and invoices are paid.
Requirements:
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders.

Working Arrangements:

The role will be based in Marylebone, with the option of hybrid working available. The office is conveniently located near Baker Street or Marble Arch tube stations.
