Position Overview:
The Global Mobility Team is on the lookout for a Right-to-Work Specialist dedicated to ensuring adherence to immigration laws, verifying employee eligibility, and managing documentation and pre-employment assessments. A keen eye for detail, excellent organizational capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are vital for maintaining compliance and facilitating global mobility.
Job Title: Global Mobility Junior Advisor (12 month FTC)
Location: JD Head Office
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 40 Hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to recruitment and management teams on addressing Right to Work inquiries.
- Support HRIS inquiries and produce reports to track expiring documentation.
- Draft and distribute communications regarding right to work status.
- Work closely with the Global Mobility Senior Advisor on international assignments.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in executing right-to-work checks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Understanding of GDPR regulations.
