Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our ecological contracting team in delivering high-quality projects across the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, managing site teams, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement site plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor and control site costs, including labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in site management, ecological contracting, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel and work away from home as required.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • CSCS certification.
  • Full driving license, ideally with trailer license (B+E).
  • First Aid at Work qualification.
  • Experience of managing teams within a practical land management setting.
