Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Training Officer to join our team at BET365. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training and eLearning solutions that meet the specific needs of our technical and facilities teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Consult with technology and facilities managers to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions.
  2. Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective in improving knowledge and skills.
  3. Evaluate the impact of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop eLearning content that is relevant and up-to-date.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a technical or facilities-related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
