Senior FEA Engineer

IntaPeople is seeking a highly skilled Senior FEA Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on products and ensuring that all technical reports are accurate and meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform FEA on products to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Write technical reports on analysis projects, highlighting key findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve products and processes
  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers on FEA techniques and best practices
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform FEA tasks
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree or higher is advantageous)
  • 5-7+ years of experience in FEA and structural analysis
  • Working knowledge of Ansys or Abaqus (desirable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
