We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at San Lorenzo. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer relations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.00.
  • Additional earnings of £3-£5 per hour service charge/tips.
  • 28 days holiday.
