Key Responsibilities:- Identify and procure parts, prepare quotes and orders in line with customer requirements and internal processes.
- Manage engineers' parts requests and update relevant internal systems.
- Process customer enquiries in accordance with internal and external Service-Level Agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
- Support the Service Controller in daily planning activities to ensure efficient parts delivery.
- Manage and process purchase orders using the Company CRM system and customer portal.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work as part of a team.
- Relevant experience in commercial vehicle parts or motor factors.
