Exciting Opportunity for a Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader to oversee an operational production team, ensuring optimal resource utilization. This role involves supporting, developing, and guiding the team within Schneider Electric's organizational framework under the guidance of the Process Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily 5S audits and implement necessary actions.
  • Participate actively in accident and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
  • Address non-conformances identified during external EHS and 5S audits.
  • Report all EHS issues and activities promptly during cell meetings.
  • Manage the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Engage in risk management and reduction initiatives.
  • Establish corrective and preventative measures to meet company and cell quality objectives.
  • Ensure all job-related documentation (e.g., time sheets, trace cards) is completed accurately and on time.
  • Complete hourly, daily, and weekly SIM board quality data.
  • Analyze production flow against plans hourly, addressing or highlighting potential risks to meet shift production targets.
  • Lead and direct cell team members, consistently striving for enhanced Industrial Efficiency (KE).
  • Accurately track the 'not explained' category of production losses and work to minimize them.
  • Apply SPS principles and product knowledge to organize labor effectively (reviewed hourly).
  • Identify training needs and provide training to new and existing team members on production processes and relevant SPS tools.
  • Foster a positive culture and challenge inappropriate behaviors.
  • Inspire the team to improve through the SIM process and principles.
