Castle Employment Agency Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our client\u2019s growing division in Scarborough. This is a permanent opportunity to be part of a dynamic production team, offering room for growth as the business continues to expand and diversify.

, Key Responsibilities,
  • Oversee the day-to-day duties of a small team of electricians/installers.
  • Collaborate with the production team to install, self-check, and test electrical equipment, containment, and cabling, ensuring all installations meet client standards and timelines.
  • Develop and promote a culture of quality, ensuring all work meets established quality procedures, ISO 9001 processes, and technical specifications, while staying up to date with 18th Edition & electrical testing requirements.
  • Effectively manage resources to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Proactively problem-solve and take initiative in identifying and addressing any issues that may impact the safety, quality, or efficiency of installations.
, Requirements,
  • Proven experience in electrical installation, ideally in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Must hold an 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (or 17th Edition Installation Certificate) or be qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends, when required to meet project deadlines.
