We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Geriatric Care, with flexible hours available.

Larch C is a 33-bed Acute Care unit dedicated to the elderly. Our commitment to patient safety is paramount in all our operations. We strive to deliver an exceptional patient experience from the moment of admission through to discharge, ensuring that both physical and mental health needs are comprehensively addressed.

Key Responsibilities

Larch C provides care for elderly patients with diverse needs, ranging from those who are acutely ill to those managing chronic conditions. Responsibilities include complex discharge planning and end-of-life care.
