Lead Global Brand Development

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the creation and localization of global category brand and digital toolkits, ensuring that global brand developments align with market needs, consumer preferences, trends, and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with specific agencies to ensure optimal performance
  • Monitor and report on brand and competitor execution across defined markets and categories
  • Provide category support and functional expertise to clusters and markets during the development of launch plans
  • Collaborate with Corporate Legal Affairs, Group Science, and I&I functions to understand the regulatory and competitive landscape of each market
  • Demonstrated experience in managing global brand and digital toolkit creation and localization processes.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, consumer insights, and trends
  • Proven ability to lead projects of varying scope and complexity, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • In-depth knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry
