Job Title: Construction Site Manager

OT Squared is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee an upcoming project for one of our long-standing clients.

Job Summary:

As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all on-site activities to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on site, including subcontractors, suppliers, and staff.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Manage site documentation, including reports, schedules, and project plans.
  • Liaise with the project manager, clients, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Track project progress and report on milestones, risks, and any potential delays.

Requirements:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Manager with a strong background in construction processes, methods, and materials. You should have excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk management. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools is also essential.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are highly desirable.
  • A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
