About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of bespoke international projects, from the initial design phase through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and external consultants, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership, fostering strong relationships and providing regular project updates.
- Oversee all aspects of the project, including budget control, schedule management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Champion design excellence, ensuring that the studio's vision and the client's aspirations are fully realized.
- Resolve design and technical challenges, ensuring smooth project progress while maintaining a focus on creativity and innovation.
- Manage risk assessments, contract administration, and project documentation to ensure quality and governance standards are met.
Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture or a related field, with RIBA Part 2 or 3 qualifications preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a leading architecture or design firm.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-profile, one-off architectural projects or international developments.
- Strong understanding of the design process, with the ability to balance creativity with practical project management.
- Experience working on projects involving complex structures and innovative design solutions.
- A proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for architecture and design.
