The Role: Deputy Shop Manager
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our retail team as a Deputy Shop Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Warminster shop while contributing to our mission of providing exceptional customer service and raising funds for Dorothy House.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the shop team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for shoppers, donors, and volunteers.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock control, ensuring a well-organized and appealing retail space.
- Train and supervise volunteers, empowering them to provide exceptional customer service and uphold shop cleanliness standards.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the growth and success of the Warminster shop.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire others.
