About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a leading global tech business, we provide cloud solutions to assist with HR, Payroll and Employee/talent management. Our end-to-end solutions intelligently connect people and data to make business-critical decisions easier.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Visibility and Conversion: Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive visibility and conversion across SME customer segments.
  • Manage Paid Media Budget: Oversee and manage paid media budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Agency Partners: Work closely with strategic agency partners to drive SEM/PPC, Digital Display, Programmatic, Paid social, Content Syndication, and affiliate marketing channels.
  • Utilize Data and Insights: Leverage data and insights to guide future campaigns and develop best practices.
  • Manage Performance Media Agency: Oversee the performance media agency, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Paid Media Experience: Proven experience in paid media marketing, specifically in B2B tech or marketing agencies.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in Large Matrix Org: Experience working in a large matrix organization, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Love for Data-Driven Decision Making: Passion for analyzing data to inform marketing strategies.
