About the Role
We are seeking a distinguished Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for administering industry standard forms of contract, managing commercial relationships with clients and subcontractors, and providing accurate cost and sales forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer industry standard forms of contract
- Manage commercial relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Provide accurate cost and sales forecasts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and initiatives
Requirements
- Educated to HND or Degree level in quantity surveying or a construction-related subject
- Demonstrable commercial experience
- Commercially astute, numerate, risk averse, and able to accurately forecast cost and sales
- Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- IT Literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office
