Join Our Team as a Beverage Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverage Expert to lead our beverage operations at Town Hall, a luxury entertainment venue in London. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for curating an exceptional wine list, procuring fine spirits, and developing innovative cocktail menus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive beverage strategy to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Curate an exceptional wine list and wine program, including wine tastings and supplier trips
  • Procure high-quality spirits and develop innovative cocktail menus
  • Ensure excellent beverage service standards across all outlets
  • Collaborate with our Group Head of Wines and Mixologists to drive beverage excellence
  • Develop and implement training programs for beverage staff
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and events teams to drive business growth
