Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Finance Coordinator who has a background in office administration, particularly within educational settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform standard administrative tasks including note-taking and drafting official correspondence.
  • Welcome and assist visitors to the institution.
  • Manage the procurement of office supplies and other necessary materials.
  • Ensure the upkeep of communal areas, including the distribution of informational materials and the maintenance of noticeboards.
  • Provide refreshments for meetings and events.
  • Handle mail processing and maintain filing systems.
