About You:

  • You possess 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • You are an effective communicator, both with colleagues and clients.
  • You maintain a constructive attitude and uphold professionalism consistently.

  • You have a sharp attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • You are skilled in MS Office and eager to acquire knowledge of pertinent customs and port systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with our import clients.
  • Efficiently manage import clearances within a 2-hour timeframe.
  • Assist in the preparation of T1 entries.
  • Accurately complete CHEDs/IPAFFs pre-notifications.
  • Organize import declarations.
  • Retrieve UCNs from the port system.
  • Complete necessary training programs.
  • Oversee and update job file costs and charges.
  • Promptly generate duty invoices.
