Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Operator to become a vital part of the Frontier Agriculture team. This role involves ensuring the efficient transportation of agricultural products while upholding our commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently transporting a variety of agricultural goods to designated locations, with a focus on manual handling.
• Collaborating with office and warehouse teams to optimize delivery routes.
• Conducting thorough vehicle inspections to ensure operational readiness.
• Maintaining exemplary customer service standards as a representative of the company.
• Exhibiting flexibility in working hours, particularly during peak periods, including the potential for overtime.
• Prioritizing health and safety in all operational activities.
• Assisting in various operational tasks during non-peak times.

• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with team members and management.
• Ability to perform under pressure while adhering to deadlines and company values.
• Adaptability to changing business and customer demands, ensuring a responsive service.
• Willingness to accommodate the seasonal fluctuations of the agricultural industry.

• Possession of a full UK driving license; Category C driving license, ADR, and CPC are advantageous, with training available for suitable candidates.
