Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Transport Operator to be part of the Frontier Agriculture team, focusing on the effective distribution of agricultural products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently transporting a variety of agricultural goods to designated locations, ensuring manual handling is performed as required.
  • Collaborating with office and warehouse personnel to organize and optimize delivery routes.
  • Conducting thorough vehicle inspections to maintain operational safety and compliance.
  • Upholding exceptional customer service standards, representing the company positively during interactions.
  • Demonstrating flexibility in working hours, particularly during peak periods, including potential overtime.
  • Prioritizing health and safety protocols in all operational activities.
  • Assisting in various operational tasks during non-peak times to support site efficiency.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with team members and management.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines while embodying Frontier's core values.
  • Adaptable to changing business demands and customer requirements, ensuring a responsive service.
  • Willingness to accommodate the seasonal nature of agricultural operations.
  • Customer-centric approach while ensuring adherence to internal procedures and compliance standards.
  • Able to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license; Category C driving license, ADR, and CPC are advantageous, with training available for suitable candidates.
