Position Overview:


Join our dynamic sales team as a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive, where your expertise will drive significant revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with securing high-value, enterprise-level contracts through a consultative selling methodology. We are in search of a passionate individual who can engage new clients, foster sales expansion, and demonstrate their knowledge and enthusiasm in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Propel sales by advocating for aPriori's innovative software solutions to prospective clients

• Meet and exceed designated sales targets within your assigned region

• Conduct thorough qualification and assessment of potential clients and target accounts

• Deliver compelling presentations and facilitate discovery sessions for clients

• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, engineering, and product management teams to ensure successful deal closures

• Craft and articulate tailored value propositions and implementation strategies that resonate with clients

• Support client growth while assisting them in achieving their sustainability objectives

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both French and English is required (Spanish and Italian are advantageous)

• A strong drive and determination to achieve success

• Exceptional ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues

• Natural sales instincts and a flair for persuasive communication

• Quick learner with a keen intellect

• A collaborative team player who thrives in a cooperative environment

• Proficient in developing robust business justifications and presenting to senior executives

• Strong business acumen with meticulous attention to detail

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Educational background in Design Engineering, Cost Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Sustainability is preferred

• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales quotas in an enterprise software sales role for a minimum of 5 years

• Demonstrated success in closing new software and service contracts

• Experience in selling cloud-based solutions is a plus

• Strong history of selling to manufacturers with annual revenues exceeding $500M

• Ability to manage medium-volume deals over $250k

• Consistently closed 6-8 deals annually

• Managed a pipeline of 15 to 25 new opportunities

• Proven ability to engage and sell at the executive level

• Experience in managing complex global accounts

• Comprehensive understanding of business processes related to product costing

• Familiarity with cost estimation for manufacturing technologies and cash flow-based business case analysis

• Experience with costing systems and a strong affinity for IT solutions

• Successful history in selling PLM, Supply Chain Management, and/or ERP systems
